We have been using this recipe since July 2021
I like it for its easy simple and doesn`t jazz or
    doctor a BBQ sauce.
We call it "Cousin J&T homemade honey BBQ sauce
handed down generation after generation" I have trouble saying it with a straight face.

    2 tablespoons of honey
    1 cup of ketchup
    1/2 cup of brown sugar
    1/4cup of apple coder vinegar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    1 teaspoon of onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

    Use a medium sauce pan
    bring to a boil
    reduce heat to low
    simmer fore 15 minutes
    Remove sauce pan from heat
    and allow to cool
store in a glass container .
good for up to two weeks.

Dude, we need to talk. Come see me in my mailroom ... lol ... I'll hook you up with sauce that will thrill your taste buds.

Spendy but worth it. Best out there, hands down: Woody's Cook-in' Sauce ...

for a decent copycat version, look for a vinegar-based, spicy and tangy sauce recipe that includes tamarind, and has no added sugars. ;)

      of any kind.

      sounds amazing...my usual recipe is

Take bottle of Sweet Baby Ray BBQ sauce. Open and pour.

i have used other brands and flavors...like Carolina Style (mustard based)...but that's my standard one...
