If you make some steak (yep, steak) and grill or pan fry it in butter, you can cut up little pieces and tuck her antibiotic in it. This is what I did for my sweet Nicky ("Nick Knack") when he was sick and couldn't or wouldn't take his pills. He ate the steak and took his meds all gone.

Hope she turns the corner sooner than later.
