    like others have said, cars do have the advantage of going and stopping where and when you wish...but i don't like urban driving...

    I am through with airports and trapped in tin cans a mile high for wasted hours.

    Air travel is miserable and trains and boats aren't really options where I live.

    Whenever possible, I'd be on a ship. Mostly works out for leisurely vacation type travel.
    As far as getting from long distance point A to B, I fly. Suggestion: spring for the upgrade to business or higher, esp. for long hauls.
    Least favorite is car travel mostly because I am the primary driver unless traveling with sister and b-i-l. I used to love driving, but not anymore. It's a Mad Max world nowadays. No thanks.

    Least favourite is anything boat. I can get seasick just watching water on the tv
