I've gained a few pounds. I have been comfort eating for a while now. A pretty bad car crash placed me in a difficult place for a while. Well, that's my excuse! What is your, go to comfort food? I'd be interested to learn.
Going back to my chia and coconut milk pudding - lots of berries and a big dollop of double cream.
I must start a diet!! LOL!

Bala...YES, on the cherries. I love those yellow ones with the red blush. I think one strain up here is Queen Elizabeth. SO sweet!
Milkshakes. I'd lose more weight if I didn't scarff down a milshake a couple of times a week.
Meatloaf
Anything pasta, potato or cheese is usually considered a comfort food ...so I think Perogies, consisting of all three, are the perfect comfort food...add a dollop of sour cream...maybe some butter sautéed sweet onions ...and even some crumbled bacon...how could you go wrong!
Right now, comfort food in the spring and fall is ice cream. I made coffee ice cream for the Memorial Day holiday. I think next i'll make ice cream sandwiches.
Seasonal Cherries! The dark red ones and the bright yellow and red ones!!Of course Chocolate, but limited!!🏆👍🏼
cheese
any good cheese
Any type of potatoes.
buttered egg noodles over cottage cheese
This time of year , banana popsicles and frozen dark cherries or grapes , or a big salad
Winter , all those sauce and gravy covered things we aren't suppose to eat
Frozen berries!
I LOVE a frozen berry medley.
I eat them right out of the freezer, just dump them in a bowl. This batch is blueberries, red raspberries and strawberries.
spaghetti...and Oreos...
Mashed potatoes. But I have been "dieting" for 6 months and have dropped 30 pounds. Smaller portions, 2 meals a day, a hearty breakfast and a moderate dinner. No snacks after dinner except for Friday and Saturday nights. Very little alcohol and most of our food is made from scratch and doesn't come in a sack.

Flourless chocolate cake!!?? What is this? Some kind of magic! My mouth is watering at the thought of pasta with fennel and sausage.
We made sausages last weekend at the club. A quarter of them had fennel in them.My love of chia is sadly pathological! LOL
I am grateful for your recipes. I must try and cut down on the frequency of my chia bowls on account that they make y'all *very* regular!!
