We spent nearly an hour at the pool today...i probably did about 20-25 minutes walking (forward & back + side to side)...and the rest of the time, just hanging out...and probably getting a little burn on my shoulders...had my hat on, though...with hair down my back...and the pool shoes...and the pool cane...

there were people today...including parents and kids come to visit Grandpa...and one of my neighbors from right across the street...some were talking AI and other tech issues...Baron Igor was talking about his ancestors and war...others were just regular stuff...pets, exercise, gossip about neighbors, etc.

it was in the upper 70s...warm down in the water below the edge of the pool...but quite breezy and chilly when out and walking around wet (still no towel...just a gauze dress)...

Neither one of us went to the hot spa though...

Baron Igor got real dizzy just before we headed home...blood sugar issue...and i'm a little fuzzy, myself...we each had a caffeine drink and a cherry turnover this morning...around 1100...but that's it...and it's now 1600...

Last time we were at the gourmet organic market, Baron Igor got some bison sausage...so those are in the hot dog griller...still have to find the buns i KNOW i ordered...

i'll find something hearty/healthy for our supper later...but these are quick and filling...should be good...i hope...

i wish i could find my muscle relaxers...though ,y legs don't feel bad right now...starting to feel the sun on my back and shoulders, though...

   I spent Saturday and Sunday working on flowers on the deck. I didn't put on sunscreen or gloves and my hands are so burnt I can't stand even dishwater hot on them. Feels like I'm dipping them in scalding hot. THEN I found my 50 spf sunscreen. And my gloves for when my hands cool off. I even put lidocaine cream on them before bed they hurt so bad.
