A man goes into his doctor's office to get an annual physical. He's surprised to see his doctor is on vacation and is replaced by a female doctor. No problem.

She does the routine checks: blood pressure, eyes, ears, listening to a heart, etc.

After a while she says, "Well, Mr. Jones, at your age, you should stop masturbating."
