I mentioned skydiving in my first post on this so called quiz. The photo you showed and the subsequent video from ~f*cKs with words~ is a skydiving stunt...it's NOT banzai skydiving, in fact the video is titled "Skydive without a parachute-Jackass"

It states right in the definition provided that it's a rumoured form of skydiving. There is a claim for it, but it's lacking evidence.

There was no correct answer to this quiz, or rather the suggested answer "banzai skydiving" is erroneous. What has been shown is a skydiving stunt that's all well and dandy but does not fit the definition of a banzai skydiving.

So I think my initial answer is appropriate...it's a stunt of a guy jumping out of a plane without a parachute, emphasis on stunt. It doesn't fit the strict definition of banzai parachuting. Once again, this is NOT Banzai skydiving.

That's why it still gets my vote as the most disingenuous quiz of the year...so far...
