He was as country as country music gets. I've always loved his music, his patriotism, and the many kindnesses he demonstrated without fanfare or expectation. When he passed in February 2024, Country music lost a bright shining light. He recorded "Don't let the old man in" when he got his prognosis of terminal cancer, stage 4. I cannot listen to it to this day.
Sometimes when we get mired in the stresses and anxieties of our own realities and I'm speaking for myself as well, I pull up all genres of music to escape to. But none soothes me more than Country Music. It's raw and real, I remember my Dad listening to and loving George Jones and my g'parents from Kentucky listening to the Grand Ole Opry every Saturday night.
For those of you who loved Toby Keith, these are for you. If you never heard of Toby Keith, these are for you too. Just enjoy them and know that he was a true gentleman, and a gentle man.

Thanks my friend!
TK was unique.
Also Red Solo Cup which he wrote in 15 minutes. Every time I watch it I see something new that brings another laugh.
Thank you so much for sharing this with Uus. Music is the universal language that can bring us joy, sorrow and of course, comfort.
It’s also fun to watch reaction videos.
One of my favorites. Picks up my mood every time.
