What's your favourite international cuisine? Are there any that you've always wanted to try?
Persian is a favorite.
I'd like explore Polynesian cuisine.
i'd say Italian...but most of what i know is Americanized...probably Indian/Himalayan...
and Mexican...we're close enough that we get more traditional food than back East did...
I like haggis. Honest!!
I like Indian best, I think. And Cajun, though that's not really international, unless you consider the idea that Louisiana is kind of its own country.
My favorite is Chinese!
I'm with vaash, timbre and ~bambou~...Mediterranean is my favorite. I also like if isolating a little, Spanish and Portuguese. And don't forget the bottle of wine to go with.
Never met a culture that did not make great food. These days Asian is my go to.
It was rather late in life that I got the opportunity to try Mexican food, and I've been hooked ever since. It would be fun to try more South American countries dishes.
Mediterranean for me also, my parents are Spaniards, it's easy, fast and you can improvise easily. but i love all kind of food *LOL*
I'm with vaash on Mediterraneanbut nothing better than authentic mexican and south american to me

I L-O-V-E the cuisines of the Mediterranean. That covers a lot of territory.
ThaiI’ve tried just about anything I’ve ever wanted. Can’t think of anything I still want. There are countless cuisines but I can’t say I crave Ethiopian or Bangladesh food, know what I mean?
