   probably Indian/Himalayan...

   and Mexican...we're close enough that we get more traditional food than back East did...

   I'm with vaash, timbre and ~bambou~...Mediterranean is my favorite. I also like if isolating a little, Spanish and Portuguese. And don't forget the bottle of wine to go with.

    I’ve tried just about anything I’ve ever wanted. Can’t think of anything I still want. There are countless cuisines but I can’t say I crave Ethiopian or Bangladesh food, know what I mean?
