Monday, July 1st is Canada Day!
Canucks will be celebrating 157 years of independence, with fireworks, parades, barbecues, concerts, carnivals, fairs, picnics and parties across Canada.
The fireworks started last night, much to Annie's dismay lol
My little community has a lot of fun and free events planned.

   My grandfather was born on July 1 same day and year
   Is the same age as Canada 🇨🇦
   He died in 1957 2 years after I was born
   My family was in greenwood Nova Scotia my father was in the RCAF airforce at the time
   We were moving to Comox British Columbia to his next posting airforce base
   We were going to visit him on the way he lived in cabbage town in Toronto but had just died 2 days before we arrived
   Just in time for the funeral
   I never got to meet him
   He had just turned 91
   Happy Birthday to him
