Not that far from me, multiple tornadoes touched down causing extensive damage. So far no deaths (thanks to the local warning systems via the cell phone) have been reported, but even with warnings, there were some funnel clouds which reportedly seemed to come out of no where. And we 'technically' weren't in a very high risk area. Thank gawd, our weather people were on the ball.

While sitting in the basement most of the early evening listening to the weather individuals calling out the potential and actual location of funnel clouds, I looked back over the years. Thankful for those who have been a part of my existence and hopeful for those who suffer from stressful situations.

It all brings home, how precious the people in your life are.

Things can be replaced
structures can be rebuilt
but once someone is lost
they can't be replaced.
Cherish them, while they are with you.
