Oatcakes is not something I’ve had or heard of. Let me see what I can find to make them.

I wish I could cook .I was really never taught how to cook .granted I HAD TO HOME ECK .I do some things but very little from scratch.Having said I WILL CHEER PEOPLE ON THAT GO FOR IT !! KUDOS TO ALL THAT DO THIS.

Sounds interesting ...although I will admit, Oatcakes isn't something I would even try ...so readily available in several bakeries and inexpensive around here (southern Ontario, Canada).
