It was challenging to find co-workers to trust... competing priorities, plus I hated being a "boss". I kept saying "I wish people would just do their jobs". Too many people-related issues for me to deal with.

I think it has a lot to do with the way people approach things and if you like your coworkers too. If you're miserable in either area, it becomes a chore and not a fun activity

It is hard to find someone who looks out for your interests in organizations these days. I'm glad you have that level of support.

I've been blessed to have had two "bosses" like that. Wow... I learned so much from them.
