But that was not an option. My walking into the slaver stockade alone was questionable enough. But picking three slaves that happened to be mother and daughters would immediately cause alarm with Marconus and his men.

Then there was the matter of trading arms for slaves to the goblins. I could not just let that pass. Marconus would have to answer for that.

I watched the movements below, one of the slaves on the work detail drew My attention, she was blonde and well bodied. If I had to guess she was from Asgard to the North where the Norsemen as they like to be referred to lived. I had to wonder about who she was. Besides now a slave like the others down there.

I really wished that Gunther and the others would get here soon. Time was running out.

One of the Tate girls was in this group. I could only watch as her and those in this group that also included two of the servants that had been taken were loaded into one of the slaves wagons which departed the camp
