While they manage not to say it, their look clearly conveys a curiousity around what you've been telling about. A touch of surprise, but their smile warm.

Singing is an appropriate topic, really, smile distinctly sheepish.

"Karaoke. I sang one too many heartbreak songs, and she cut me off" Tone light, like the fact they had sang enough heartbreaking songs at a karaoke bar to be noteworthy is no big thing.

Offered to Dylan Bode, but the underlying joke beneath her genuine compliment is all for Leo Sterling.

I caught Leo here singing their heart out at karaoke. Absolutely gorgeous, but the song choices didn't match the crowd. So, I cut him off and tricked him into talking to me.

Moving back and forth between pronouns is an intentional choice. After all, Leo said he/they specifically when they met.
