I call the homeless , campers .

When I worked at Midtown Alcohol Rehabilitation Facility , Inc ., / MARFI Live in Facility , the owner would take me to entice / round men up to fill beds so he could get food stamps , money , grants , which I wrote , proposed and granted , to run the place .

The men's money , meds , valuables kept locked , I ate lunch with the guys , learning of their lives when they felt like sharing .

Some were Veterans and I hold the utmost respect for them .

Believe the Government should give Veterans whatever needed or want within reason . I can imagine the PTSD held and it showed in their tired , sad , hopeless eyes the occasion eyes would lift and meet .

My SouL Heart , twisted , hurt , etc ., these Veterans cast aside by family , people who took their Valor without thought or thanks for granted .

This , them , the Campers , seeing them poop at the entrance of the Immanuel Church downtown and I know God teaches Empathy , I have such a hard time feeling sorry for those who choose to live like that . Refuse assistance or help because they refuse to go without drugs or alcohol for even one night and I don't know where I am going with this .

We all are Gods Children !
