The best was The Conrad in London. A cruise ship was late due to storms and we were put up here. Swanky and thankfully quiet.

The worst, hmmmm, I stayed at a Best Western just outside Boston that left a lot to be desired.

Come on polly, everyone knows that it's the trees that grow up and the leaves that fall down. Leaves just don't grow up that way.
It's a living thing and when it comes to gravity and up and down, plants are the experts at that, so the new animals on the block disrespecting plants that way do so at their own risk.
