A moment before he considers how that sounds. "I mean, I can do the tech stuff without it. These just help me do multiple things at once." More brain power in different directions.

"I know Dylan would be thrilled to have someone else to build his gear." He grins. "But I have been thinking about hiring someone to help out. Most of the basic sales stuff is automated through the kiosk and self-organizing inventory racks. So you'd be doing mostly custom work. Repairs. Specialty orders. If you want to."

The bots all come equipped with a micro-tool suite on their undersides. In a minute, they'll be welding, drilling, hammering, and bending steel in a variety of directions. So he'll turn the corner, towards the employee side of the service desk, where it's not as noisy.

"Mmmmmm." Echo nods at your explanation. Not getting much more than that but understanding it perfectly. Who wanted to discuss such things in their past? He never did.

The Holly I know wouldn't drop someone she's been with for almost two years just because someone new is really hot....not that I know a lot about your love life ..." muttered mostly to himself as he leans against the table behind where you are with the weapon.

"Maybe you should talk to Lilou about it."
