i feel for you, darling girl...even with my meds, some days are really bad...though cold makes me ache more...CBD helps me...and a cool cloth on the neck...but some days it's hard to walk further than the bathroom, i know...i just got a couple little blow-up foot baths to help cool down...maybe that would help you...

i wish i could offer more than thoughts and prayers and energy...*very gentle air hugs*
