My family buys and sells instruments. It's started because of me. *Smiles*. When I was in HS, I had decided to be a music teacher. And so I was learning other instruments. And my parents wanted to get me a silver trumpet for Christmas. So we began checking things out. They ended up buying me a Bach Stradivarius professional jazz horn for $400. It was really a lot of money for them, but we found out that born back then was worth about 4,000. So we got the bug. *Laughs*. Now we buy, rehab and sell as cheap as we can for kids in the schools.
The violin was a gift from one of my HS friends. She knows how much I love instruments. And old things. She said she was going to pitch it,but thought maybe I'd like it.
Exactly. I told you to leave them at home.

I found a man who restores and repairs, he does work for the Cleveland Orchestra. And oh, I was so fortunate to get to hear HIM play. I can't wait to hear the violin once he's finished.
