I keep taking COLD showers! I get the water tepid..then colder and colder until it's straight cold water...Then I stay in a long time to really cool down.

Then I get in bed with just a sheet on...and I rinse off in cool showers as often as needed to stay comfortable.

I DID live in a trailer when I was 16 - 17 for a year! Yes.....But not in a trailer park. I never lived in a trailer park. Though I have NO low opinion of anyone who does. Most of them are very nice!
