That's a great data point Seen Y'All. Now if you add a bunch of data points and look at them carefully you might get a trend but it helps to specify just what exactly you are wondering about.The drama queens will go on abut rumors that the person on the right is the father of the person on the left, but there is obvious evidence that this is not so, but you well know that never stops a drama queen.
On the other hand that wonder may be more nebulous, i.e. are those two people related from a way back. Now to do that would require genetic testing and gosh the tabloids would go bananas on that but it is a valid question where an answer can be insinuated by looking at many data points of doppelgängers, people that look identical.
Now lets' turn up the wonder notch a bit more.

I'd say that these photos make the point pretty clear that there are such twins around, but what's the cause? The most likely culprit is DNA, and now that we have readily available access to that technology there have been revelations that indeed there is some genetic connection.

So there is the possibility that these two people my indeed share some DNA because they bear a facial similarity, at least from the photo provided.
So if you are wondering if these two share DNA from some long lost relative from centuries ago, I'd say that's a fair go.
If you are wondering if one is the father of the other you are totally off the wall of facts and into the tabloid zone.
If you are wondering if the tabloid zone will ever stop, cease and desist to bring up this blatant nonsense I'd say not likely.
