The work life balance requires tricks, or else the brain just won't stop. It needs time off of the daily grind or else it will get into a rut, won't think clearly, won't have perspective or generate new thoughts. Breaks from importance breathes new life into it when walking into the job the next day. His balance lately has been ailing.
