Here is a couple of things stay away from
caffeine or cut them down. The reason being it can dehydrate you. Try a cool or cold shower sometimes you need to slowly decrease the temp to make it cold without freezing you.
One last thing .If you ice packs. I have gel pack type ice packs .Wrap one in a thin towel and place it on
the back of your neck.I have fallen asleep with one on my neck.just be careful.Or if you can use one under each armpit.Last thing have some ice cream or popsicles
can help cool you down so hopefully you can sleep .
For me right now at 8:14 we have cooler temps its 93
instead of 99 it was earlier today .
