We make sure the account is safe.. we make sure people have what they need.. which they do.

If people want special things to happen they have to make arrangements ahead of time ...

Again.. we dont own the accounts and arent going to do anything until legally able to do so..

In the past people have provided power of attorney or a death certificate and relationship to speed things along... and we can always discuss that in the mailroom... if desired...
