Elarra felt a deep warmth at Rip’s words, his steady presence behind her making her feel safe and cherished. As they approached the barn, she took in the surroundings with wide-eyed wonder, eager to learn more about this new world.

"I can't wait to see it all, Rip," she replied, her voice filled with excitement. "Seeing a well being dug sounds fascinating. I’ve only ever known the river and the oasis... and those waters....I know that they go underground into caverns and chasms and things you would never picture until you see it...but I never thought that out here in the middle of something like this where you can not see any water visably, that you would dig..right here right here in the middle of this green grass, and it can travel through the dirt that far..... you can make your own pool? water .... does it last?.... It will be amazing to understand how water can be found underground and brought to the surface."

Oh so many questions she wants the answers... she wants to discover them. all that she can becuase well if she can know certain things and how it works then the possabilities are endless.
She turned her head slightly, looking at him with a soft smile.

"I’d love to explore all the water sources with you. Every place will be a new adventure and a new memory."

The idea of visiting the fishing hole intrigued her.

"I’m looking forward to that fishing trip. It sounds wonderful."

When he kissed the top of her head, she closed her eyes for a moment, savoring the tenderness of the gesture. His words about her parents touched her deeply.

"I think you’re right. My father must have loved my mother very much to leave everything behind. It makes me appreciate them both even more."

She glanced around again, taking in the barn as they drew closer.

"Thank you for bringing me here, Rip. It means a lot to me to see this place and to understand more about where I come from and where I’m going."

With a playful grin, she added,

"So, what’s the first lesson for today? I’m ready to learn."
