*Bruce brings over a coffee, and I'm pretty happy right now. My pain levels are WAY down,first time in two weeks. So no, I didn't call the doctor today. My orchids are in full bloom at work. My boss joked with me all day, so there was a lot of laughter. I made spaghetti homemade today, sauce and all from tomatoes we canned two years ago while in the Smokies. It came out perfectly. And now, my great grandma's orange lilies (that no one can identify, it's a very very old plant) is starting to bloom again. *

*laughs*. They have to clean out the filters at work for the zebra muscles. They're an invasive filter fish brought in by the ships. And for awhile they were terrible. But they have cleaned up lake Erie in ways no one anticipated. Still, they clog up filters all along the lake. So once a year they have to go in, clean out muscles and then treat the area with chemicals to kill them back for awhile. Clamacide. *Laughs*. I didn't even know it was a thing! But, they're going to try these new copper grates, that supposedly deter muscles from clinging. That should prevent a clamacide next year. In theory. *Laughs*.
