Leaving the manor behind, Xavier made his way along the cobblestone path, passing the gatehouse where the gatekeeper, Roderick, nodded respectfully. The path took him through a section of dense woods, the air growing cooler and the light dimmer as the canopy overhead thickened. The familiar sounds of rustling leaves and distant bird calls filled the air.

Agian he rose from where he chose to sit, and continued his his walk through the estate grounds, feeling the cool breeze gently ruffle his hair. The scent of blooming flowers and freshly cut grass filled the air, bringing a sense of calm and clarity. He knew that the answers he sought would not come easily, but he felt a renewed sense of purpose.

The path led him to a small pond, its surface shimmering in the early morning light. He paused there, watching the gentle ripples created by a breeze and the occasional leap of a fish.
