As the memories faded, Lysander once more stood alone outside the cottage, the echoes of their nocturnal rampage lingering in the air like an evil whisper. With a heavy sigh, he turned away, his gaze fixed on the horizon as he disappeared into the darkness, leaving behind the remnants of their carnage to be swallowed by the night.

With a subtle shift of his weight, he glanced back over his shoulder, and as if pulled by an unseen force, his thoughts drifted back to the moment they first entered the cottage. The scene played out before his eyes like a haunting specter, each detail etched into his memory with chilling clarity.

He could feel the anticipation coursing through his veins as he and Brigid crossed the threshold, the air thick with the promise of darkness and danger. Inside, the cottage was shrouded in shadow, the moonlight casting eerie shapes upon the walls as they moved deeper into its depths.

As the moon cast an eerie glow across the land, Lysander and Brigid's eyes fell upon a group of unsuspecting inhabitants. Lysander's lithe frame moved with predatory grace, his every movement fluid and precise as he descended upon his prey. Brigid's taunts echoed in the darkness, her voice a chilling reminder of the terror that awaited. The inhabitants had no idea of the danger lurking in the shadows, and as Lysander closed in, the tension in the air grew palpable.

Lysander stood outside the cottage, his feet firmly planted in the sand. The waves crashing against the shore were the only sound to be heard in the otherwise silent night. With its weathered walls and creaky wooden shutters, the cottage loomed before him. The moonlight gave the structure an eerie glow, casting long shadows that danced around Lysander's feet.

His mind drifted back to the previous night's events as he gazed at the cottage. How quiet the night had been when he and Brigid had found this place. How quant they both had thought. With a rash of boldness, their entrance was nothing more than a surprise upon the inhabitants that occupied the space then. Boldly throwing open the door and striding inside, feeling excited as he surveyed the interior.

The occupants, taken aback by Thier's sudden appearance, quickly backed away, allowing Then to move freely about the cottage. Despite the audacity of his actions, Lysander couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction as he gazed back over his shoulder. The remnants of droplets in crimson tone ripped down his features. Not his own, oh no, it was what was left of those within that graced his features now.
