Something Exploded, and the noise of the weapon going off inches from her face first disoriented her before her systems normalized the volume into a… less-severe tinnitus and she staggered away from the three-quarters of a head where Ajax's cybernetically augmented cranium used to be.

What used to be a full circle, now something more akin to a Pac-Man shape, to stay on the retro theme.

MILLIE was covered in what was formerly Ajax Apoc, one eye forced shut underneath a streak of pink-snotted crimson like she had been subject to a facial of gore, arms up and frozen and tangled in coiled wire and awkwardly arranged and tense fingers, her entire body frozen in confusion as she wasn't sure if she was shot, or if Ajax was about to come back from that wound and continue beating them up, or…

And then she remembered to breathe, when her O2 meter flashed orange, and she could Taste blood in her mouth from what had spattered there from the gunshot.

…and she would have tried to say something if not for the panic and disgust that instilled in her, afraid that by trying to speak she might swallow some of it, and instead shuddering back and speaking in incomplete vowels like "Awooowuerreugh…"

Still nude save for her shoes, eyes wide like she was wordlessly begging for help but she had no idea what was wrong, like is it the blood? Can you magically get the pint and a half of Ajax off of her?
