I made Steak Chili last night, and found it a little acidic.
The flavour was spot on, otherwise ... is there something I can add to calm the acid?

I've been watching Chef Michael's Kitchen on Tubi and just love it! He is inspiring and has the knife block to die for ... I am going to try and get my husband to make one similar.

My son is working today (2nd busiest day of the year next to Valentine's Day for him) So we are celebrating Mother's Day on Wednesday with lunch at the beach and a trip to a huge top-notch garden centre.
