How long had she been out?
Her eyes eased open painfully slow.
She feels... thick.
She doesn't remember being given any meds but that in NO way means she didn't receive any.
She's simply laying there in a dense fog not even bothering to try and move yet.
Her arms hurt.
Why do her arms hurt?
A weak attempt was made to raise them, they'd only managed to rise a short distance off the cot/bed before the sharp pain of metal biting into already irritated/inflamed skin prompted a pained grunt to escape her lips.
She could feel the thin padding under her was wet, the scent of urine unmistakable.
Her head rolled towards the left as she could have sworn she heard...
A faint smile touching lips so dry they felt as though they may split if she dare smile any boarder.
An attempt was made to dampen them with her tongue.
Little relief was gained from that but...
That snoring she heard?
Now that DID calm the panic that was welling up in the pit of her belly.
Not that she's not laid in her own bodily fluids/excrement before as that's fairly common place.
At least down here.
As far away from prying eyes as they can manage to get you.
Her head then rolled to the right.
Was there anyone there?
She could have sworn she'd heard her name being called out and someone singing but she couldn't be sure.
When had it happened?
Or had it happened at all?
Had she been dreaming it?
No real way to be sure at this point.
She knew she'd not be able to get up but she had attempted to tug her legs upward.
Oh they moved!
Given her legs hadn't been secured she managed to wiggle herself into a setting position.
Unfortunately it wasn't far enough to get her out of her own mess but she's UP... kinda.
The words were croaked out loudly
"ASSWIPE I GOTTA PEE"
And a bit louder
"HELLOoooooooo!"
