my friend's partner is doing OK...that's the biggest...i haven't talked to them yet...

we ran errands yesterday and got a form from the Courthouse that we need to sign before a notary...which is better than we were told...that we needed a judge to sign off on it...which will allow us to clean out the storage lockers that we're paying dearly for each month...it was so much easier than we anticipated...

also really good...the HOA/Park went through multiple brokers and found someone who will cover the use of the common areas...including the pool and spa...so now i only have to wait for either the weather to warm up or the wind to stop...there's a problem finding coverage for some other aspects...but they're on the case...i'm sure our dues will go up...but it's worth it...

and pretty good...i ordered a book that looked interesting...i knew i'd seen it before...and it turns out i read it before...and recently ordered the sequel...but i think i've read it, too...maybe even the most recent...but it's fun...voodoo murder mystery in Hollywood...female skeptic psychologist and hunky handsome professor of metaphysics...

i worked on emptying boxes today and actually got quite a bit done...most of the rest are beverages...but there's more stuff coming Thursday...so i need to stay on top of it...meanwhile, Baron Igor did a whole lot of cleaning inside the house...baby steps...but it's still progress...

Drink and food was refused when offered and I did not sit by the fire. I stood there watching the flames trying to not think about too much. About my waist is where my quiva rested and across my back were two twin swords. Not Tuchuk weapons but they were give many moons ago as a gift and I was taught to fight with them. They accompanied me on my journey. The more I can learn to kill with the more I will learn. My right hand, the one with that fresh scar opened and closed as I stood there. I often wonder why I wasn't made like my twin Brothers were. They were warriors but they laughed, smiled, loved, enjoyed life. My Sisters the same. Me? The total opposite. Scarred and blood thirsty.
