Dogtown
It started in the outskirts.

::Doc, you there? Haven's unconscious and she won't wake up. Her vitals are fading.:: No response.

::Eir, Haven's vitals are dropping. She needs you.:: No response.

Then into South Town. Over and over again, Echo sent pings for Eir and Doc Seale. The messages were different, but all conveyed the same thing...Haven was dying and Echo was looking for the only two people he trusted to save her.

Through Night City, based on the triangulation of his comms, Echo had cut a path up from South Town, around Tower 11, around the Med Center, all while desperately trying to get a response from either of them. Finally, he cut a path straight back towards Dogtown. Where The Zantetsuken was still docked. His final hope.

None of the pings were real. Seb and Eir weren't receiving them so they couldn't respond.

One the ARCH Fenix, Echo was decked out in his tech armor. Eyes fixed straight ahead. Features panicked. And behind him was Haven Darling. Slumped over him. Unconscious. Skin pale.

The Wall Gate let him in without question. The toll was wirelessly paid 30 seconds before he reached it. And for the first time, Echo Fenix finds himself in Dogtown. Racing at full speed for the pier.

Waiting for it to happen. He was too tempting a target now for Richter to pass up.

Those cylinders on his forearms from earlier were now empty.

For any of the competitions, there are qualifying/prelim rounds. I'm not entirely sure when to start the pools.... maybe quarterfinals?
