Lower Floors
The streets are full of warlords. No less than fifty gangs inhabit this city, some squabble over floors in a megablock, others command entire regions and neighborhoods. How anyone made it back home after what he saw endured was more shocking than what he's seen in Trauma Team surgical suites for the past weeks. There is something ineffable about some cases.
