The Main Street Public Library did it for me too! A place I felt safe, happy and opened a world in each book I read ...And, my first real job was as a page at that Library...putting book back where they belonged, finding books for visitors ... and I had access to the stacks of hidden gems in the basement AND they paid me!

This house, bought with the settlement from my first marriage, and a nice home for my son's little family to live in with very low rent and so much better than the crummy apartment building they moved from. After a few years they could afford to buy their own house, and renters paid the mortgage over the next few years, making a paid for retirement house for us now.

There is absolutely no doubt that our Alaska home of 20 years enriched our lives in so many possible ways in experiences, memories and food. (moose, caribou, salmon and halibut main source of protein)

it would be great to do "naked and afraid" with some body builder Guy... I would spend my time creating two nice hammocks and send Him out to hunt, kill, and skin a tastey beast. Then I would create roast meat and fermented berries.... Hmmm.....
