*humming softly to myself, decides to start with pecan rolls, and see where the day leads me. Starts with the dough, putting it all together, letting the yeast grow a bit, getting a satisfied smile as it starts to bloom. Gets it all out together, and rolls up my sleeves to start kneading.*

Whenever possible, I'd be on a ship. Mostly works out for leisurely vacation type travel.
As far as getting from long distance point A to B, I fly. Suggestion: spring for the upgrade to business or higher, esp. for long hauls.
Least favorite is car travel mostly because I am the primary driver unless traveling with sister and b-i-l. I used to love driving, but not anymore. It's a Mad Max world nowadays. No thanks.
