Lots of flowers have emerged along the woodline "volunteer", marigolds, four-o-clocks, even got a couple Hollyhock in back there, hope they bloom black, reminds me of Morticia.

Strange Alliums blooming in circle bed; planted last fall after Lowe's discounted, never grown this type before, but becoming enamored of Allium.

Otis likes em too. Black-eyed susan vine emerging, a few dahlia.

Happy spring; revel in it, gambol in the green.
You are getting better and better with your photos! You capture nature beautifully!Yes...we know each other about as well as two people can know each other online. I adore you..and you know I am a FAN!
Great pics, Pan….looking good as always.
Thanks Starr; I'll take a few along through the season; heck, you know me better than anyone.RCS: Thanks, and I know the earth is tilted, seasons reversed, but yeah, you don't really feel it till you chat with and see photos from folks south of the equator.
Delilah: Sounds like a lovely drive and wonderful smell invoking culinary memories.
Mercury: Lord, you are a good guy, been through a lot lately, and fine brother.
I get it sakari*~{M} , I don't ice skate, but love to watch women skate backwards fast.
Orlando: Otis would definately allow a bellyrub, and spot on about giving thanks for the bounty that is our world. As for "Make" the garden grow, lord, I'll give it every opportunity, but seeds to vegetables and flowers is still a miracle to me.
Thanks ~f*cKs with words~, like your name, fuck a few words for me, mmmm, make "exuberance" howl with delight and have an orgy with "serendipity".
love your yard
Scritching Otis, with a bellyrub thrown in if he'll let meAnother season, another reason to give considerable thanks for the bounty that is our world.
Make your garden grow, Pan. Smile
*she doesn't garden so she enjoys this tremendously**scratches for Otis*
Peony’s are so beautiful with such delicate, yet lush petals. I like seeing Otis keeping watch.
We've actually had 3 fine days in a row now, with lots of Spring sunshine. It's wonderful to see the sun dappling through the new leaves on the trees as I drive along the country lanes. Noticed yesterday that the wild garlic is blooming wildly, and the scent of the garlic was carried on the breeze. Wish I could still walk out and collect some of the leaves. It's wonderful packed into chicken breasts before roasting!
It looks lovely and I'm glad you're enjoying it. Autumn is on its way here ...
Gorgeous flowers Pan!
You took some excellent photos too!
Thanks cory{BI}; we do enjoy it, and hollyhocks are a mystery to me; we've had some bloom here and there; all I can say is they come up where the feel like and bloom when they are damn good and ready to.Thanks SouL
how wonderful to have such a garden...and many of the flowers i love...especially hollyhocks...which i have yet to grow successfully...
Hey Pepin, heck yeah, I like that word, gambol; have always liked these lines by Rousseau, “Hold childhood in reverence, and do not be in any hurry to judge it for good or ill.” “What! is it nothing to be happy, nothing to run and jump all day? He will never be so busy again all his life long.”Glad you are seeing better peach; thanks alicat, cait~, and Twig, I don't know what Otis wished for; he's inscrutable.
Those Alliums look like giant, colorful dandelion wishes.
I wonder what Otis wished for..
Pretty!
Gambol? You bet.
Warm smile, wavingThanks PM, Gioia, and vaash. Heck, planting season does fill us with HOPE, and tomatoes are exciting; if I could only plant three vegetables in the garden, two of them would be tomatoes.
we are barely hitting planting season so these pictures give us a lot of hope.
Very pretty!
I will be planting out my tomatoes this evening. I'm very excited.
