who’s kept alive for pleasure and for pies.
Dispatching them had always been his plan,
“The Professor” was his favorite disguise.
He drugged the Skipper first, and made them think
obesity would bring his swift demise,
when really, he had spiked the big man’s drink
with digitalis he had raised from seeds.
Then, he brought poor Gilligan to the brink
of the isle’s cliff for, “Berries Skipper needs
to save his life,” and there he cast him down.
With both the seamen dead, his plan proceeds:
He strangled Thurston in his sleeping gown
and pulled old Lovey, nude, to the lagoon.
She wore the perfect thing in which to drown.
Then Ginger tried a dance to make him swoon
and pursed her lips and batted heavy eyes…
but even at her best, he was immune.
She died slowly, elating him with cries.
Now all that’s left of them is Mary Ann…
who’s kept alive for pleasure and for pies.
