I spoke with Tom Alley's Boot Bar & Grill tonight. I can reserve this early! Anytime. We CAN indeed, reserve the patio. If it turns out that the weather is crappy that evening, they will set up inside for us. They were really cool about it. After I spent about 25 minutes on hold!!!
