It was all just so intuitive and easy for her, like an art about depicting intimacy relied not on deception or subterfuge, that somehow she could just lean on the safety of the stage in a sense.

That without the constraints of conventional relationships or jobs or some overarching burden to qualify her actions, where even from the very start Holly felt she was acting as a completely open book.

Some safety in abandon, no? It gave her that creative impetus to really draw from that intuitive well, to say this is completely fine, ignore the rest of the stage and the other people around you, to create some psychological tunnel-vision to really place her here.

She initially didn't think anything was really the matter, your adjustment on the bed perhaps just from her little lunging stunt landing a bit awkwardly, pinching your thigh under her or something, and a little wiggling procession up towards your face providing misdirection and opportunity for you to fix your posture as necessary to recover and maintain the scene, nothing so much as a hesitation or thought to the in-character way you received her, encouraged her boldness.

And the stage direction called for them to start making out, and then be interrupted by Ben laughing about the retainer.

…so wait why were you retreating? Or was that some kind of ad-lib? Alice was bright-red as well, because even as she committed to the rehearsal both her and Alice would glow under the magmatic blanket of the aura of the scene.

She figured maybe it was a missed cue in the blocking, there, and she adjusted in a split second to pursue into you, to maybe take the existing direction and let you take the lead on—

The next urge forward brushed something against something with all the subtlety of a fire alarm and Holly flinched almost imperceptibly before facing something of a dilemma.

…maybe the rest of the cast hadn't seen it, so she somewhat angled her body a little forward so that her thigh might block the sight-lines and try to preserve your modesty, but it did mean she was suddenly a lot closer.

Right? That's the right move? Is that mercy or cruelty? Holly sincerely couldn't tell, uhhh wait how long does an unexpected erection last?

But once she adjusted her position, Holly blinked and pivoted.

"U-Uh I, uh… I can't do this."

Wait, was it Alice or Holly talking?

She reached up to her lips after pulling away,

"…this retainer'ss gotta go, baby — it feelsh… uncomfortably shtiff againsht my teef."

Brows lift as you talk about being through with him, smiling as he "uh-huh?"s, egging you on. The projection, the volume, seems effortless on him - natural.

The set is well built, more than enough to withstand a little pounce. One arm lifts from the bed, as if to catch you in that little lunge forward, before curling around your hip to encourage you more solidly into his lap.

The line manages to be both scorching and funny, and you get another full laugh, and an "Oh my God," exclaimed through the laughter. His other hand shifts, as his weight shifts back to the pillows behind him, curving intimately around your other hip. It's a laughing squirm, even while his hands are clearly encouraging you on.

Before, this had been more funny than sexy, where now, it's more sexy than funny. Acting. Or, no, probably how little you are wearing, and those tiny, incremental shifts of you on his lap. His own squirming probably just adding to it.

It is all worryingly easy, maybe.

Regardless, as you inch up his lap, there's no hiding his reaction, at least not from you. There's simply not enough layers, or enough distance to hide the unmistakably genuine beginnings of arousal as his had tips up to kiss you.

Alice. To kiss Alice.

Though you can feel the moment it registers, a stiffness in his pants, yes, but also in the rest of him as his squirming beneath you has his hips moving a little away from yours, a little distance. Lips pulling away, as his eyes find yours in a silent check-in.

And him trying to figure out how obvious it is, visually.
