I got to talk to him a bit yesterday. He was in a bit of pain, mostly where they went in on his chest, to be expected.
But yup, he's been sitting up, walking too! They should be moving him today or tomorrow I expect to the next unit and out of CCU.
Total of 5-7 days in the hospital from the sounds of it.

But everything is looking good and vitals and all the numbers are great!

So now the healing begins. :)
