It might be about priorities. The reply came quickly. They checked, nothing was urgently needed at the moment, they let you know that.
Maybe that person has 15 other 'jobs' they do outside soi. I seriously doubt soi has a dedicated soi only support staff. Your request was something that has room to get to later. Sometimes customer services issues are like triage in an emergency room. Someone else might be having an issue far more dire than yours.

If you have ever done customer service while also doing 5 other jobs you would understand. It is easy to dump on someone for not doing their job when you don't know what that entails.

This person quickly let you know there was no reason to rush. That doesn't sound like a person that didn't care but like a person that has priorities.
