"We were all going to go down and have a few drinks at the saloon, but Zeb's Lady Blaze was not feeling good and did not want my Vee to not have anyone to talk to, so we decided to make it a boys night out Zeb and I have not had one of those in a long time.
Everything was going great Zeb and I were involved in a drinking contest when Hank showed up and I guess was itching for a fight or something. Now Zeb and I I won't lie slurring words and here comes ole Hank walking right on up to us, and starting saying some very rude and indecent things about Blaze. Things another man should never say about another women well that sobered Zeb right on up. He kept asking Hank to stop saying those things about Blaze. Hank looked him dead in the eyes and said what you going to do about it, now Hank when sober was a decent man, but drunk when he got something into his head was stubborn as a mule.
Zeb wanted to talk to Hank outside which was a good idea would make it easier to hear one another cause you know with the music and the talking can be hard to do sometimes, and maybe away from his friends who were egging him on, he could get him to listen to reason. Hell Zeb barely got the asking out of his mouth when Hank was making a beeline for the door his hand already touching the but of his gun.
I was keeping an eye on his friends you know keep the talking civil and between those two. I did not want his friends going out there and stirring up shit.'
