You lean forward to kiss him and he presses right back into it. Growling low. Lips pulling at yours before you pull back to ask him about a potentially widowed sister...to which Irvine shakes his head and closes his eyes.

"She and Zale died a while ago. 18 years ago. I only recently found out that Pasha survived the sinking of their vessel..." A slight smile at that. The idea that some part of the family would live on past him.

"It is done." A pause. "I figured we'd hang out here for a few more hours and then head back to my quarters." Straightforwardly said. His intentions were made clear. Close quarters on a ship and no secrets between bulkheads meant always letting others know what you were after.
