well... we don't own the rooms or accounts... and we don't know who is doing what in general so we don't just step in and start carving things up...

We know the beware admin account is active, having been given the password and we have looked at all the accounts in question (we think) and none are expiring at the moment.

If one does, it just needs to be reported and we can turn things back on.

It appears that various people have been given the passwords they need to the places they need to go, so we are going to wait at least 30 days before doing anything.

That's just the way it works.. sorry!
