Hello everyone! As we are sure you know, Suzanna Sinister aka The Governor, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2024.

Having been at the helm of Beware and a citizen of the site for over 20 years, she was a pillar of our
little corner of the internet and we will miss her greatly.

To honor her, we will be giving a free month of time to every current citizen of this realm.

Her RT memorial service will be on June 22. Out of respect for her, we are also refraining on any site changes until June 23, to allow everyone to mourn and reminisce in their own way.

After the June 23, we will assist in any rooms movements or other changes necessary to keep her late-life’s work going.

Meanwhile, Suzanna passed the keys to the BwrAdmin account to ~T@nis~Loray so that account is covered and it appears Ry'varius, Runa and others are helping to keep the train moving. All of that is ongoing, perfectly fine and appreciated!

His eyes were slowly closing when he heard his name. Then they snapped right back open. Feet off the table, up out of the office chair.

"It's called 'mechanical engineering'!" Called back as he moves to where you are.

He's through the business door just in time to see you wave and head back out. Then his gaze falls on the pile of boxes. Thinking for a moment before his eyes flicker and a trio of spider bots come crawling out of the ceiling.

One of them wedges themselves under the boxes while the other two work to keep it all from toppling over. Before slowly bringing it into the back of the shop.

You said 'be right back'. So he assumes you'll be right back.

It becomes a task of waiting. Watching the blood filtration work on the patient, testing for the monomers, and continuing if the blood toxicity remains high.

He watches the screen and the patient sits there with tubes coming out from their shirt into the machine within the wall, a compartment of the cryostasis unit.

Every ten minutes comes a new readout and he adjusts from there.

it is... quite a steep learning curve for me.
