The rivers are raging. But out neighborhood is fine.

That is understandable.. We got about a half inch of rain up here but that was it.. Had lots of thunder and some lighting..

That's the way it has been up here very time we have had severe weather.. It just skirts us.

Power towers were taken down. I haven't seen the news yet this morning, but last night 600k people were without power.

We just got the thin sliver of the front.

Saw parts of it on the news last night and again this morning.

It was scary for awhile. Thankfully it only lasted about 90 minutes. People north of us really got hit hard.

If I could move out of here it would be a hard choice, they are getting medical stuff done that I could not get done for various reasons, like no reliable transportation, got tired of looking for a doctor(they have some that are supposed to be good) proper diet (no more over eating just because I could get my hands on the food) I have lost almost 15 pounds and have kept it off and I like the bed (it is a full sized hospital bed).

Ok time to head off to dialysis
