**West of Argentum in Central Gor**

~Fifteen kaiila ride west now, we stayed longer than I expected in the area because Budo was busy, but it gave me plenty of time to arrange and re-establish the Salt Line through here .. Argentum was easy to deal with , but I did not bother goining to Ar , since Black Wolf gave up the dias, it would now be ran by a Counsel of High Castes , and those kind are harder to deal with for a man like me .. I am a business man as well as many other hats, but I'm no diplomat..

I grin over to the woman Healetr Luna , seeing that she is riding her kaiila better this time .. I figure she'll be fine..~

It was then the men started to pull swords, the good against the evil. There were Hekker's followers, whom were not as seasoned or as hard as those of my fathers. I trusted them more than any others in my whole life. I stepped up to my beloved mother and grabbed her by her right arm and raised her up off her knees and pushed her away from the man on the ground. My eyes, my expression was not that of her Son's, it was of the man that put me into her belly all those years ago.

I walked up to her and cupped the side of my mothers face and I pulled her to me, resting my forehead against her's. "My beloved mother. Mmmm" There was that ache in my chest that made its sound though I could not help it. "I loved her so much." I whispered to her. My pressure on her forehead against mine was tightening. I eased back after a moment looking into her eyes, my eyes watered up because of so much emotion and so much of my father clawing at the back of my eyes to come out. "You're betrayal .. wounded me." I said down to her.. as I grimaced, it hurt so much, that pain in my chest, that feelin of the one person in your life you thought you could trust, and here she was, at the mercy of all of those around. "It was your idea, ... to have the women write letters home... " I knew that was her idea. This, my flesh and my blood, .. had betrayed Treve. "You were so clever... " I whispered down to her

North Town
A stressful, awful situation entirely of her making. If she'd talked to both you and Jackson and to Nobu, this would have all played out differently. She'd avoided asking for help and had to in the end anyway, but it's messy because she did things the way she always has. The lesson is sinking in deep as she shifts her weight from one foot to the other, her arms clamped around her, fingertips digging into her ribs as she shrinks in that room.

She's designed to pick up on social cues and she catches the way you stiffen in the doorway. Her gaze flits to you and away, like seeing you take in the space makes it more awful. Like this is her shame you're bearing witness to, her mess you're seeing in here. It's a story she tries to hide and doesn't talk about, but that lives in her every breath.

And while is makes her sick, she is still incapable of expressing that in her features, so she speaks her the same husky, wanton voice as ever as she approaches you at the table, "Don't worry about if anything will distress me. I can handle it. I want you to do whatever will stop him from making more of me and whatever is going to keep you and Jackson safe when we leave here."

Quiet as you move to hook in. "I'm really sorry. About your name. And for dragging you here."

Jackson Ward --

Even now, she keeps thinking about the fallout from tonight, if you might be angry with her. You said we'd talk about it later, that it is what it is, and she knows there are so many reasons for you to be angry. You've done enough for her and she just didn't want to drag you into more helping, more problems because of her... and she made a bigger mess by doing things that way.

She peeks out into the hall to make sure Oscar is still unconscious. She can't hear your exchange with Guillermo, but she can see you partially, see you crouched over Guillermo, as if you're talking to him. Surely, delivering the threats Perry suggested to keep him in line.

If she was going to feel regret about choosing not to kill Guillermo, she thinks she'd feel it right now. Instead, it feels like the first step in feeling clean.

Her gaze lingers on you, as if needing to make sure you're safe while you're there so close to the man who was devil incarnate to her. She'd only ever been in Guillermo's presence when she was helpless before. He seemed larger than life.

But she debilitated him tonight.
And he is small and weak compared to you.

He's not the giant she thought he was.
He is so much less than the monster of her nightmares.

She turns back into the horror room to focus on what Perry is doing.

With a predatory grace, Lysander moved through the winding streets of Dongal, his footsteps silent as the whispers of the night. Brigid trailed behind him, her presence a shadowy echo of his own, as they delved deeper into the heart of the village. Around them, the quiet hum of life persisted, the inhabitants unaware of the dark presence that had descended upon their midst.

She saw what had happened, and she began to run out and call out. "NoooO!!!" her form coming to her knees next to Hekker with her hand sliding in under his neck, with tears in her eyes. "Please, no. no.. someone do something!!!" she cried out, more so seeking medical aid but, in her heart of broken hearts, she knew that this was something that she was helpless to stop.

The sails were no longer billowing to embrace the wind; oars carried them forth, the power of men below, chained to the benches, their shoulders bulging with effort as row and row in the rhythm of the many the bow cut through the water. Paesyn stepped slowly forward, gloved fingers finding the rail, the warrior holding to her bent arm in support as the ship swayed from the last of the pounding waves. Gazing upwards, her neck bent back, the hood of her cloak falling to pool about her shoulders while her gaze sought upwards, and upwards, the high cliffs with their rugged terrain in rich green covered plants and higher still where the caps of snow stood stark white against the vivid blue of the sky. The water calmed, Thassa left behind, the chill of the air permeated through the light weight of the cloak though she would not seek the deck below and lose the splendor of this view; as long as the light remained, the dark-skinned woman stood transfixed on the glory of carved cliffs, of waterfalls plunging from heights into foam of white into the rich deep blue of the fjords waters. Her form would remain until darkness and the cold forced her below to warm for food, only to return with a heavier leather and fur-lined cloak to stare up at the dazzle of stars burning so much brighter in the thinner cold air.
It was unimaginable beauty that first welcomed her to Torvaldsland

There was surprise on my face and yes we were still for a moment, more because I didn't expect this. Not from him. A hand came up to where the blade entered and blood spilled between my fingers. I looked at my brother and my lips parted to speak i fell to a knee, then to my side, to roll upon my back taking those last few breaths

Donegal
Under the shroud of night, Lysander Nightshade, a creature of shadows and mystery, traversed the land. Once a proud Viking warrior, Lysander was veiled in secrecy and darkness. They had left behind the turmoil of Blackstone village for the night, where their dominance was unquestioned and their will unchallenged.

As they ventured into the unknown lands surrounding Blackstone, they eventually would run closer to the surroundings and into the confines of Donegal; Lysander's curiosity was piqued by the enigmatic aura surrounding the village. With his predatory instincts guiding him, he approached Donegal cautiously, his senses keenly attuned to the subtle shifts in the night.

As they entered Donegal, Lysander felt a strange sense of anticipation coursing through his veins—a whisper of something unseen, a hidden truth waiting to be revealed. Though not driven by malice on this particular night, he remained vigilant, his gaze sweeping over the village with an intensity that betrayed his predatory nature.

For Lysander saw himself as the master of his domain, unbound by mortal constraints and beholden to none but himself. And as he stood on the threshold of Donegal, ready to uncover its secrets, he knew that the actual test of his dominance lay ahead, shrouded in the shadows of the night.

The time was now. He was moving towards me to get to the girl. This was fate handing him to me. My left hand reached out and rested to his right shoulder, causing me to step in, and when I did step in, my right hand drew the dagger from the small of my back, the leather scabbard making that short hiss sound of blade scraping leather. The dagger was angled up with great force, aimed under his rib cage, making that a fatal death blow by piercing his heart. It was now, I had him still. We were both very still and I knew I had but 20 seconds of him being conscious to hear me. I lean in and whisper to his ear... "How little am I now brother?"

I drew the dagger out, his blood spurting all over my uniform. I watched him with wide eyes and this sense of joy that I hadn't felt in a long time. There would be a moment left where I said.."I don't forgive you." It was in reference to him claiming my mother. My dagger my hand, my uniform were covered in his blood. It broke my heart it had to come to this, but there were just some things, a guy like me, doesn't forgive.
